Purchasing overview

Managing the global network of suppliers who provide our goods and services.

Understanding the consumer's perspective, material functionality and the entire supply chain for the materials we buy, we use this understanding to influence the direction of our business, and our relations with our suppliers, the industry and regulatory agencies. At Mars, the purchasing function is known as commercial as a result of this broad perspective and understanding.

We take a long term view on the goods and services we use and the businesses who provide them.
